Die Artikelserie „Internationales Recht und Ethik“, die hiermit gestartet wird, möchte diesen Prozess und das Verhältnis von Recht und Ethik im globalen Kontext untersuchen.
Globalisation means transformations in the area of law. International law is more and more taking on the features of an international order of values. It is moving closer to ethical principles and standards. The series of articles starting here is intended to reflect on this process and to discuss the relationship between law and ethics in a global context.
